Nearly full red in skin color, Pearl Time nectarine features very firm white flesh with a very sweet sub-acid flavor, typically 18 to 22 brix. The fruit is uniformly medium in size and semi-freestone when shipping ripe. The tree is very productive. Harvest is mid to late June and the fruit stores well for three weeks.
