Named for its remarkably dark skin color, the Black Kat Pluot® interspecific plum exhibits firm flesh, sweet flavor (20 ºBrix) and large size (30-35). It is an extra-late bloomer that ripens in the first week of September and holds well on the tree until harvest. The Black Kat tree is vigorous and productive.
