May Sweet peaches ripen in the early maturity season (3rd week of May), demonstrating good handling and shipping qualities. The fruit is yellow-fleshed and clingstone with a mildly sweet, sub-acid flavor. The elongated fruit has good size (2-7/16" to 2-3/4") with occasional tips.
