Harvesting in late May, Princess Time peach features full dark red skin color and very large size (plenty of 40s). The fruit is round with a flattened nose; the yellow clingstone flesh is very firm, but melting, with excellent acidic-sweet peach flavor. Keeps two weeks or more in storage.
