The largest of the May white peaches, Spring Snow is a low-acid white clingstone with very good flavor. The tree is a vigorous grower and yields large fruit (2-5/8" to 3-1/4") with high color (80% red blush over white) which ripen from the last week of May to the 1st week of June. Cold winter temperatures can affect this variety. Estimated chilling requirement of 750 to 850 hours. (U.S. Plant Patent No. 9883)
