Sweet Henry is a new peach variety developed by Zaiger Genetics with a mild, sweet, low-acid flavor. The Sweet Henry peach ripens just after O'Henry in the 2nd week of August. This yellow-fleshed clingstone sizes very well (2-7/8" to 3-1/8") and develops good skin color. Chilling requirement 600-700 hours. (U.S. Plant Patent No. 16068)
